Brandy King Lund, LMT, E-RYT, is a Medicine Woman, Priestess, Mother and Dancer. She is a Somatic Practitioner, Spiritual Embodiment Mentor and Intuitive Healer. Founder of the Temple of the Awakening Heart and the Awakening Heart Collective, Brandy infuses her gifts into potent transformational work.
She is a midwife to the Divine, creating intimate spaces for beautiful souls to explore their awakening heart through direct communion with Spirit, with infinite Love and to embody this experience through breath, movement, ritual, sound, and touch, in order to access true healing and transformation and to manifest a life of love and purpose in service to humanity.
It is through better understanding and reclaiming her own health, a pathway to wholeness and sovereignty, that informs all of the services she offers. She is passionate about helping people develop a deep sense of embodied empowerment through the use of ancient healing modalities such as nurturing touch, body and energy work, healing sound/vibration, movement, breath work, earth medicines and sacred ceremony.
Her intention is to help you access deeper connections with your heart, body, breath and presence. By connecting deeply with your true self, you will begin to take back the power you have given to the past, becoming more grounded and centered with what is, and break through whatever blocks or beliefs that challenge you and keep you from living your greatest possibility and potential. True healing for your body, mind and spirit.
Brandy was born deep in the mountains of Colorado and it is the forest that continues to be her greatest teacher. It is in working with plant medicines that she has healed depression, anxiety, PMDD, hormone imbalances, addiction and trauma. She lives to better understand and evolve through intentional living, her personal spiritual and knowing practice, meditation, the self-healing qualities of dance and yoga, and ancient traditions and rituals that nurtured our ancestors.
Brandy is a mother of 3 girls and currently lives and serves in Portland, Oregon.
