There comes a point on the spiritual path when seeking must fall away so remembering can take the lead. A Sacred Rumi Meditation is an invitation into this remembering—a direct exploration of the
non-dual experience of infinite Love.
Through intentional breath and deep surrender, we move beyond the familiar thinking mind and open to expanded states of consciousness, where the boundaries of the individual self may soften and a more direct experience of unity, presence, and Love becomes possible.
This is the heart of Rumi: Love remembering itself.
Why This Work
A glimpse beyond our ordinary sense of self can change the way we meet our lives.
As awareness deepens, there can be greater trust in ourselves, more freedom in how we relate to our thoughts and emotions, more openness in our relationships, and a deeper capacity to meet both joy and suffering without losing contact with who we are.
The experience itself is only part of the work. Preparation and integration help bring what is revealed into the body, our relationships, and the choices we make in everyday life.
